Exhibition Prices/Rates for BabyExpo
All rates include'Show Guide/Parent's Resource Guide' entry distributed to all pre-reg and onsite visitors, all NCT members of major surrounding branches and post-event to 'baby-friendly' locations), weblink with company description, baby show visitor ticket allocation, parking passes, publicity pack, wi-fi, parking, personnel entry passes and handbook. Please note the weblink will go live once exhibitor deposit payment has been received.
Space is sold in square metres (m2 = 1x1m). A range of dimensions are available for example, 1mx3m = 3m2, 1x4 = 4m2, 2x3=6m2 etc
Space only rates: £69 per square metre (m2). Exhibitors to bring their own display units/stands.
Space and Shell Scheme rates: £74 per square metre (m2). Shell Scheme rates include velcro-friendly shell scheme paneled walls, power and name board.
Furniture options are available at £20. Exhibitors can also upgrade their show guide entry to a advertisment for £25.
Payment will be invoiced in 2 stages, an initial 40% deposit payable by paypal and a final payment of 60% which will be invoiced from September 2011. All payments are subject to VAT.
